Insured Patients

Mr Chau is recognised by all the major medical insurance companies (BUPA, BUPA International, AXA PPP, Norwich Union (Aviva), WPA, Standard Life, Pruhealth, Cigna, etc).

Following your appointment with Mr Chau we will bill the insurance companies directly for your visit/treatment but in order for us to be able to do this we will need your membership number and preauthorisation code for your visit. We strongly recommend contacting your insurer prior to your visit in order to confirm cover and to obtain the preauthorisation code.

We will be happy to assist you with any questions over preauthorisation.

    We will send you an invoice following your consultation and payment can be made by either bank transfer or cheque. We will be happy to advise you of prices etc. prior to you consultation, please contact our secretary on 0207 394 3645 for further details.
